Delivery costs

CANADA

Orders are delivered at a flat rate of $10 across the country.

It is very important to double check the address entered when you place an order. We are not responsible for any costs incurred if there is an error or if you forget a detail (eg. Unit number) in your address. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Orders are shipped at a flat rate of $20 internationally.

Delivery delay

QUEBEC AND ONTARIO

Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse a maximum of 3-5 working days* following your purchase. Your package will then arrive at your home in 2-3 working days* depending on your sector. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier side.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it. 

NATIONAL (rest of Canada)

Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse a maximum of 3-5 working days* following your purchase. Your package will then arrive at your home in 5-7 working days* depending on your sector. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier side.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with yourtracking number to track your package. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

INTERNATIONAL

Your order will be prepared and will leave our warehouse a maximum of 3-5 working days* following your purchase. Your package will then arrive at your home in 10 working days* depending on your location. There may be additional delays beyond our control on the carrier's end and at customs.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number in order to follow it along. This number will be active 24 to 48 hours after you receive it.

 

*Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery delays during peak periods such as during national sales days (black friday, boxing day) and during the holiday season. 

MY PACKAGE SEEMS LOST. WHAT TO DO ?

Communicate directly with the carrier (eg. Canada Post) with your tracking number. They are the ones who will be able to tell you exactly where your package is. If they ever tell you that they can't find them (it's rather rare), write to us at info@senteursdemaya.com., and we'll help you.

ARE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDABLE ?

All delivery charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable. Please also note that if you make a mistake in the address, the second delivery will be at your expense at all times (even if you were entitled to free delivery on your first shipment).
